LINKED Luxe Welder Buy-Back Policy

Overview

LINKED offers a Luxe Welder Buy-Back Program for customers who wish to sell back their LINKED Luxe Welder. Eligible welders may qualify for a buy-back credit of up to $150, based on the condition of the unit at the time it is received and inspected by LINKED.

Eligibility

  • The buy-back program applies only to the LINKED Luxe Welder.

  • Welders must be authentic LINKED products.

  • Units must be in good working order.

  • Units must be free of any dents or large scratches and blemishes 

  • Units must be returned with all required core components to be considered for evaluation.

Condition Assessment & Final Determination

All returned welders are subject to inspection upon receipt.

LINKED solely determines the condition of the welder and the final buy-back value.

Condition assessments and payout decisions are final and non-negotiable.

Condition Certification by Customer 

By Agreeing to participate in the LINKED Luxe Buy-Back Program, the customer certifies that the unit meets the Eligibility Requirements listed in this policy. 

Upon receipt and inspection of unit, should LINKED determine the unit does not meet all the eligibility requirements of the buy-back and denies the buy-back, the unit will be returned to the customer and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. 

Failure to pay for return shipping within 30 days, the unit will be considered abandoned and disposed of by LINKED and the customer will not be eligible for any compensation. 

Buy-Back Value

  • Buy-back value is up to $150 (in the form of LINKED store credit) depending on condition.

  • The final amount may be less than the maximum based on wear, functionality, and completeness.

Return Shipping

  • LINKED will provide a return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

  • Customers must ship the welder within ten (10) calendar days of the return label being issued.

  • Failure to ship within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the buy-back request.

Payout

Once the welder is inspected and approved, customers may choose one of the following:

    • Customer will be issued a LINKED store credit with the final amount determined by LINKED based on the outcome of unit inspection

    • Store credit may be used to purchase any items from the LINKED online store.

Program Changes

LINKED reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Buy-Back Program at any time without notice.
