Layaway Terms & Conditions

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made toward a layaway are final and non-refundable once submitted.
This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances involving change of mind, financial hardship, failure to complete payments, or voided agreements.

Non-Transferability

This layaway agreement is personal to the Customer and is non-transferable.
Customer may not assign, sell, gift, or otherwise transfer this Agreement or any rights under it to another individual or business entity.

Inactivity and Void of Agreement

If payments are not made as agreed, LINKED reserves the right to declare this Agreement void. 

Upon voiding, all prior payments shall be forfeited, and LINKED shall have no further obligation to the Customer.

Fulfillment and Delivery

The Starter Kit will not be shipped, delivered, or otherwise released until the full balance has been paid in full.

LINKED is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete payments or payment processing issues.

Access to LINKED proprietary training courses and student communities will not be granted until the full balance has been paid in full.

Termination by LINKED

LINKED reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud, payment abuse, chargebacks, or violation of Company policies.
In such cases, payments already made remain non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LINKED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to this Agreement or the layaway program.

Payment Authorization and Responsibility

Participating customers acknowledge that the credit card(s) or payment method(s) being used to make this purchase will be active, valid, and have sufficient funds available during the entire term of the payback period.
If for any reason a payment is declined, the customer will provide an alternative, valid payment method.

Late Payments

Participating customers understand that they may be assessed late fee(s) if a payment is missed on any of the agreed-upon payment dates for any reason whatsoever.

Legal Obligation

Participating customers understand that they are legally bound to these terms and required by law to make all payments on the agreed-upon payment dates.

Collections and Credit Reporting

Linked Permanent Jewelry Training, LLC. reserves the right to report delinquent payments to credit agencies and collections agencies.
