LUXE Renew™ Payment Agreement

Purchase Description

Customer agrees to purchase a LUXE Renew™ Certified Pre-Owned Starter Kit Package, which includes:

• • Certified pre-owned LUXE Welder (with 6 month certification warranty)

  • LINKED Starter Kit

  • Student access to LINKED training

Total Purchase Price: $1297 + 3% Program Fee ($41.91)

Payment Terms

Customer agrees to the following payment schedule:

• • $697 down payment due at signing (Will ship starter kit package once deposit is paid)

  • $600 Remaining balance payable in six (6) monthly installments of $106.99 + Program Fee

Payments must be made on time using an approved payment method.

Shipment Conditions

The LUXE Welder will not be shipped until the $697 down payment has been received.

LINKED reserves the right to delay shipment for failed or incomplete payments.

Default & Acceleration

The customer will be considered in default if any payment is missed or declined. A seven (7) day grace period may be permitted at the discretion of LINKED management.

Upon default, LINKED may:

• • Suspend or terminate student access

  • Accelerate the balance (entire remaining amount becomes immediately due)

  • Recover costs associated with non-payment

  • Require LUXE welder be returned immediately
    

Collections & Credit Reporting

If the account remains unpaid after default:

• • The account may be referred to a third-party collections agency

  • Delinquent accounts may be reported to consumer credit bureaus, consistent with applicable law

  • Customer is responsible for all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees where permitted

No Refunds / No Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable.

Customer waives any right to chargeback, refund, or cancellation once this Agreement is executed.

7. Certified Pre-Owned Acknowledgment

Customer acknowledges that:

• • The LUXE Welder is pre-owned and re-certified

  • Cosmetic wear may be present

  • Warranty coverage is limited to 6 months
