Online Course Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature and inherent value of our educational materials and private support group access, all course sales are final once access has been granted. No refunds will be issued for any portion of the online course content or related materials.

Launch Kits Refund and Return Policy

Once a Launch Kit (or any part of it) has been shipped, all sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted after the shipping process has begun.Please note that the Online Course Refund Policy also applies to any bundled or related educational content.

Supplies, Materials, and Machinery Refund and Return Policy

All sales of supplies, materials, and machinery are final once an order has been placed. Damages and issues

When you receive your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
