Warranty & Support Policy:

LINKED Luxe Welder - Standard Warranty Coverage

Each LINKED Luxe Welder includes a six (6) month limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use during the warranty period.

Luxe Renew Welder - Standard Warranty Coverage

Each LINKED Luxe Renew (Certified pre-owned) Welder includes a three (3) month limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use during the warranty period. (Extended warranties are not offered on this product)

LINKED Luxe Welder - Extended Warranty Coverage (not available for Luxe Renew Welder) 

Customers may purchase a one-time six (6) month extended limited warranty beginning on the day after the expiration of the original warranty period. This extended warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use during the warranty period.

The Extended Warranty must be purchased no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of the original warranty period.

Extended Warranties cannot be purchased:

• • Within thirty (30) days of the original warranty’s expiration date, or

  • After the original warranty has expired.

This purchase timing requirement is strictly enforced. No exceptions, extensions, or retroactive warranty coverage will be granted under any circumstances.

Craftsmanship & Product Standards

LINKED stands behind the quality of every Luxe Welder we offer and is committed to providing responsive, reliable support throughout the warranty term.

LINKED Luxe Welders are not mass-produced, off-the-shelf machines. Each unit is sourced, assembled, tested, and quality-checked with care and precision to meet LINKED’s performance standards. Our equipment is selected specifically for professional permanent jewelry use and reflects a higher level of craftsmanship than generic consumer-grade machines.

Because of this specialized approach, LINKED maintains direct relationships with our manufacturing partners, allowing us to advocate for our customers and ensure appropriate after-sales support.

What the Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, LINKED will, at its discretion:

• • Repair the welder, or

  • Replace defective components, or

  • Replace the unit with a comparable model

Coverage applies only to defects that arise from manufacturing or workmanship issues under normal operating conditions.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• • Cosmetic wear, including scratches, dents, discoloration, or surface blemishes

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling, or failure to follow operating instructions

  • Damage caused by accidents, drops, power surges, improper electrical supply, or environmental exposure

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by third-party accessories or non-LINKED components

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:

1. 1. Contact LINKED Support with proof of purchase

   2. Provide a description of the issue and, if requested, photos or videos

   3. Follow troubleshooting steps provided by LINKED Support

LINKED reserves the right to require the unit to be returned for inspection prior to repair or replacement.

All warranty determinations are made solely by LINKED and are final.

Support Commitment

LINKED provides direct customer support throughout the warranty period and beyond. Our team is available to assist with troubleshooting, usage guidance, and warranty-related questions to ensure you get the most out of your Luxe Welder.

Support availability, response times, and service options may vary based on issue type and warranty status.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LINKED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to lost revenue, business interruption, or loss of profits.

Extended Warranty Options

LINKED may offer optional Extended Warranty Programs that allow customers to extend coverage beyond the standard warranty period. Extended warranties are subject to separate terms, pricing, and eligibility requirements.

Policy Updates

LINKED reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty & Support Policy at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect warranties already in effect.

Governing Terms

This Warranty & Support Policy is governed by LINKED’s Terms & Conditions, which control in the event of any conflict.
